A number of instruments or tools were created in the process of the ‘ensemble’ project. These help teachers, administrators and other interested parties attain their goals. The tools include formulas for reflection in preparing school policies, profiles and strategies, as well as ideas for staff development, material development, and for creating a more inclusive and plurilingual school environment.
